Russ Cox c312d0e0ca net: use slightly less predictable dns request id
not trying to be secure, just not repetitive
(sending with the same id repeatedly makes
some resolvers stop replying.)

eventually we'll replace this with linking against
the system's native resolver.

After installing Go, you can view a nicely formatted
doc/install.html by running godoc --http=:6060
and then visiting http://localhost:6060/doc/install.html.

under the BSD-style license found in the LICENSE file.
