Petar Maymounkov	dd77c63d3d	http: add lexing functions ... In particular, add field-value tokenizer which respects quoting rules. The code is intended for use in tokenizing the Transfer-Encoding and Trailer fields. The lexing function is not connected to the main parsing code yet (in the next CL).
