f439e07b1b net: make TestDNSThreadLimit execute at the end of tests
Because TestDNSThreadLimit consumes tons of file descriptors and
makes other tests flaky when CGO_ENABLE=0 or being with netgo tag.

Fixes #6580.

89b26760d7 net: implement TCP connection setup with fast failover
This CL adds minimal support of Happy Eyeballs-like TCP connection
setup to Dialer API. Happy Eyeballs and derivation techniques are
described in the following:

- Happy Eyeballs: Success with Dual-Stack Hosts
  http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6555

- Analysing Dual Stack Behaviour and IPv6 Quality
  http://www.potaroo.net/presentations/2012-04-17-dual-stack-quality.pdf

Usually, the techniques consist of three components below.

- DNS query racers, that run A and AAAA queries in parallel or series
- A short list of destination addresses
- TCP SYN racers, that run IPv4 and IPv6 transport in parallel or series

This CL implements only the latter two. The existing DNS query
component gathers together A and AAAA records in series, so we don't
touch it here. This CL just uses extended resolveInternetAddr and makes
it possible to run multiple Dial racers in parallel.

For example, when the given destination is a DNS name and the name has
multiple address family A and AAAA records, and it happens on the TCP
wildcard network "tcp" with DualStack=true like the following:

(&net.Dialer{DualStack: true}).Dial("tcp", "www.example.com:80")

The function will return a first established connection either TCP over
IPv4 or TCP over IPv6, and close the other connection internally.

7c59c8bdee net: make resolveInternetAddr return a list of addresses
This CL makes resolveInternetAddr return a list of addresses that
contain a pair of different address family IP addresses if possible,
but doesn't contain any API behavioral changes yet. A simple IP
address selection mechanism for Resolve{TCP,UDP,IP}Addr and Dial API
still prefers IPv4.

This is in preparation for TCP connection setup with fast failover on
dual IP stack node as described in RFC 6555.

1d3efd6533 net: limit number of concurrent cgo calls
The limit is 500. There is no way to change it.
This primarily affects name resolution.
If a million goroutines try to resolve DNS names,
only 500 will get to execute cgo calls at a time.
But in return the operating system will not crash.

Fixes #5625.

c9164a5d77 net: use C library resolver on FreeBSD, Linux, OS X / amd64, 386
This CL makes it possible to resolve DNS names on OS X
without offending the Application-Level Firewall.

It also means that cross-compiling from one operating
system to another is no longer possible when using
package net, because cgo needs to be able to sniff around
the local C libraries. We could special-case this one use
and check in generated files, but it seems more trouble
than it's worth. Cross compiling is dead anyway.

It is still possible to use either GOARCH=amd64 or GOARCH=386
on typical Linux and OS X x86 systems.

It is also still possible to build GOOS=linux GOARCH=arm on
any system, because arm is for now excluded from this change
(there is no cgo for arm yet).

Drop laddr argument from Dial.

Export SplitHostPort, JoinHostPort.
Add AAAA (IPv6) support to host lookups.

Preparations for implementing some of the

ParseCIDR and IP.Equal are logically new in this CL
but accidentally snuck into an earlier CL about unused
labels that was in the same client.

2) Change default gofmt formatting settings

Use -spaces=false to use tabs for alignment.

3) Manually changed src/exp/parser/parser_test.go

c83b838641 package net cleanup
added ReadFrom/WriteTo for packet protocols like UDP.
simplified the net.Conn interface.
added new net.PacketConn interface for packet protocols.
implemented proper UDP listener.

cleaned up LocalAddr/RemoteAddr methods - cache in netFD.

threw away various unused methods.

an interface change:
introduced net.Addr as a network address interface,
to avoid conversion of UDP host:port to string and
back for every ReadFrom/WriteTo sequence.

another interface change:
since signature of Listener.Accept was changing anyway,
dropped the middle return value, because it is available
as c.RemoteAddr(). (the Accept signature predates the
existence of that method.)

Dial and Listen still accept strings, but the proto-specific
versions DialTCP, ListenUDP, etc. take net.Addr instead.

because the generic Dial didn't change and because
no one calls Accept directly (only indirectly via the http
server), very little code will be affected by these interface
changes.

design comments welcome.
