To deploy talks.golang.org:
tip/doc: update doc to match latest gcloud syntax gcloud command no longer requires preview for deployment and is showing warning when command is executed: ``` WARNING: The `gcloud preview app` command group is deprecated; please use the `gcloud app` commands instead. ``` This change is removing "preview" text from README to make deploy command up to date with gcloud. 2. Wait until the deployed version is serving requests.
3. Go to the developer console and upgrade the default version.

4. Clean up any old versions (they continue to use at least one instance).

* create/update resources:
- kubectl create -f tip-rc.yaml
- kubectl create -f tip-service.yaml
TODO(bradfitz): flesh out these instructions as I gain experience
with updating this over time. Also: move talks.golang.org to GKE too?
