matthieu 74f33f0ef4 Add XORG_WITH_XMLTO to factorize xmlto tests. This also allow to configure with --without-xmlto to ignore a 3rd party xmlto tool on systems that normally don't have it, in order to have reproducable builds. Problem reported by kili@. This is a set of autoconf macros used by the configure.ac scripts in
other Xorg modular packages, and is needed to generate new versions
of their configure scripts with autoconf.
