matthieu 5ffac9e654 Remove -Wredundant-decls gcc warning option. It causes lots of 
noise in OpenBSD system headers. requested by espie@, ok guenther@.

Note that this will only take effect once configure scripts and
Makefile.in are re-generated. This will happen in a not too
short future.

This is a set of autoconf macros used by the configure.ac scripts in
other Xorg modular packages, and is needed to generate new versions
of their configure scripts with autoconf.
