matthieu 5c6404f005 - generate manual pages for the tools from their sgml sources,
- unbreak Makefiles.am so that if the nroff man pages are present they
  get installed, even without docbook tools.

for each match is printed, otherwise only the file, family and style
are printed\&.\&.
