Use the ws-properties.h file from xf86-input-ws source directory.
...
There are architectures that don't build the X server nor drivers
so they won't have this file installed.
Noticed by todd@ on hppa.

New, XInput based, version of xtsscale(1).
...
XInput is used to get raw events from the device and device properties
are used to send the data back to the X server.
Calibration can now be done without restarting X.
