734deb2af2 Use 'install -p' instead of 'install -c' to install files in 
autotools generated stuff. Causes less rebuild during 'make install'.
Suggested by espie@.

8057ea619b Set the sed command in the autoconf cache, to avoid picking gnu sed 
from ports. Problem remained by espie@.

9b6727b74a provide a minimal config.site pre-built configure cache, to 
protect xenocara builds from picking stuff installed by ports.
For now only paths to different programs are provided, avoiding the
use of bison instead of yacc. feedback from espie@.
