b8144c0647 watch for events sent by drm(4) over kevent using EVFILT_DEVICE 
and NOTE_CHANGE to notify the desktop environment to deal with
the change (e.g. after plugging in an HDMI cable)

with this change there is no need to manually do any randr commands
if your desktop environment supports it (gnome, mate, kde, etc.)

    os: Don't listen to 'tcp' by default. Add '-listen' option. [v2]

    This disables the tcp listen socket by default. Then, it
    uses a new xtrans interface, TRANS(Listen), to provide a command line
    option to re-enable those if desired.

    v2: Leave unix socket enabled by default. Add configure options.

7db4642f69 Update to xorg-server 1.16.3.

e26a212fd0 Regen autotools build system with a clean environment. 
It was previously generated with a config pointing to OpenBSD's libtool
which is not ready yet.

b6047701ef Introduce new autoconfiguration code for X input drivers, based on X 
hotplug framework.This also takes care of the configuration of the
keyboard layout from the wscons layout that was hacked inside the
keyboard driver.

Tested by many, ok oga@.

00a307f8e4 Do not use 'deprecated' attribute on gcc < 3.1. 
It causes lots of spurious warnings in build logs.

790fc260ee - fix an infinite loop by ensuring that realInputProc is never 
overwritten with the enqueueInputProc (from upstream git)
cf. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13511

This should fix hangs people were seeing with icewm, cwm and most
probably other WM under some circumstances.
