Disconnect lbxproxy, xphelloworld, xplsprinters and xprehashprinterlist
from the build. Those clients are not useful anymore now that the
server side is not there anymore. ok krw@ mbalmer@ and others.

Introduce bsd.xconf.mk to set default config variables used
at several places in the Xenocara build in a central place instead
