Now that pixman depends on libpthread-stubs, only build it
on platforms that build it (part of xcb suite).
Tested by jasper@ and landry@ on a bulk ports build.

Introduce bsd.xconf.mk to set default config variables used
at several places in the Xenocara build in a central place instead
