David Symonds e6ff6c8e56 Fix http client handling of status messages with spaces (e.g. "HTTP/1.1 400 Bad 
Request".
Use chunked Transfer-Encoding for all POSTs.
Implement chunked reading.
Change http.Request.write to be HTTP/1.1 only.
