Austin Clements e32fe2049d cmd/ld: decode local entry offset from ppc64 symbols 
ppc64 function symbols have both a global entry point and a local
entry point, where the difference is stashed in sym.other.  We'll need
this information to generate calls to ELF ABI functions.

The header files under this directory are strictly internal to the gc
toolchain, so please don't copy them to the system include file
directory (/usr/include, /usr/local/include, etc.)

Also note that they must be kept as is in $GOROOT/include, or cmd/dist
will malfunction.
