Muir Manders dd894d0a8a internal/lsp: trim address operator from completion filterText ... VSCode doesn't like (read: ignores) candidates whose filterText begins with "&", so trim it off. I also tweaked "addressed" candidates to include the "&" prefix in the item label as well so the user can see what they will get.
