Rob Findley daf22849ce internal/lsp/lsprpc: add a 1m timeout to auto-started gopls ... It would be bad behavior if a gopls forwarder process started the gopls daemon and it stuck around indefinitely. Add an idle timeout by default for the gopls daemon.
