Ben Shi d17ac29158 cmd/compile: simplify AMD64's assembly generator 
AMD64's ADDQconstmodify/ADDLconstmodify have similar logic with
other constmodify like operators, but seperated case statements.
This CL simplify them with a fallthrough.
