Also simulate TCP_KEEPIDLE, TCP_KEEPINTVL, and TCP_KEEPCNT with
TCP_KEEPALIVE_THRESHOLD + TCP_KEEPALIVE_ABORT_THRESHOLD for
Solaris prior to 11.4
