Heschi Kreinick 8266eea4ea internal/imports: provide export completions for unimported packages ... Add a function that returns all the exported identifiers associated with a package name that doesn't have an import yet. This will allow completions like rand<> to return rand.Seed (from math/rand) and rand.Prime (from crypto/rand).
