Alan Donovan 7aabe2e113 go.tools/ssa: build a separate Function for each init() func. 
Before, we would concatenate all the init() blocks together,
resulting in incorrect treatment of a recovered panic in one
init block: the implicit return would cause the subsequent ones
to be skipped.

The result is simpler, and closer to what gc does.

The additional functions are visible in the call graph,
so some tests required updating.

README 

This subrepository holds the source for various packages and tools that support
the Go programming language.

Some of the tools, godoc and vet for example, are included in binary Go distributions.
Others, including the Go oracle and the test coverage tool, can be fetched with "go get".

Packages include a type-checker for Go and an implementation of the Single Static
Assignment (SSA) representation for Go programs.
