1. Support for decimal arithmetic quad instructions of powerpc: DADDQ, DSUBQ, DMULQ
and DDIVQ.
2. Support for decimal compare ordered, unordered,  quad instructions of powerpc:
DCMPU, DCMPO, DCMPUQ, and DCMPOQ.
