Robert Griesemer 6c8fdbe8c7 godoc: line numbers for all remote search results
Instead of returning the index lookup result via
RPC which has to be corrected for the client,
simply render it on the server and return the
final output.

doc/install.html by running godoc --http=:6060
and then visiting http://localhost:6060/doc/install.html.
