Clint J Edwards 6b6965ac5d internal/lsp: add comment completions for remaining exported symbols ... This should provide simple name completions for comments above exported vars, constants, functions, and types. Can be activated with `ctrl+space` within a comment. Also fixes a panic introduced in the previous commit when completing comments that occur at the end of a file.
