Robert Griesemer 5fcdb7b3ff go.tools/go/types: provide Sizes interface instead of individual sizing functions 
This will make it a bit easier to create commonly used "custom" sizes for types.

With this CL, interfaces are now by default 2*WordSize (= 16) instead of 1*WordSize
as before.

Also: minor unrelated cleanups.

README 

This subrepository holds the source for various packages and tools that support
the Go programming language.

Some of the tools, godoc and vet for example, are included in binary Go distributions.
Others, including the Go oracle and the test coverage tool, can be fetched with "go get".

Packages include a type-checker for Go and an implementation of the Single Static
Assignment (SSA) representation for Go programs.
