Alberto Donizetti 5a5ac34133 Revert "cmd/vendor/github.com/google/pprof: refresh from upstream" 
This reverts commit 3d13b5e00c.

Reason for revert: the new TestHttpsInsecure test breaks two darwin builders, the android builders, and one plan9 builder.
