Matthew Dempsky 2a6e13843d cmd/compile/internal/ir: more idiomatic DynamicType{,AssertExpr} 
Rename DynamicType's "X" field to "RType".

Split DynamicTypeAssertExpr's "T" field into "RType" and "ITab", the
same as DynamicType, updating all uses accordingly.
