David Symonds 1dce9cc7c7 go/types: exclude a couple of files from the stdlib test that don't parse on Windows. They use stuff in syscall that doesn't exist on Windows, and this test does not parse build tags (not that we make that easy) to automatically skip them. This subrepository holds the source for various packages and tools that support
the Go programming language.

Although at least some of the tools themselves will be included in binary Go distributions,
the packages from which they are built are of little interest to most Go programmers.
