Rob Pike bc3e34759c Add ReadFrom and WriteTo methods to bytes.Buffer, to enable i/o without buffer allocation. 
Use them in Copy and Copyn.
Speed up ReadFile by using ReadFrom and avoiding Copy altogether (a minor win).
