Pontus Leitzler 066e0c0245 internal/lsp/lsprpc: use localhost for remote gopls debug interface ... When using the experimental feature where gopls runs as deamon, the remote is spawned with debug enabled. It currently exposes the debug interface to all network interfaces. This should be configurable in the future, but until then we should at least keep it on the localhost interface. This change starts the debug on the local interface instead of all.
