1. Change code.ts so it generates []json.RawMessage in place of []interface{} for Command-related arguments. As usual, vscode introduces a lot of whitespace-only changes. 2. Generate code based on the July 28 version of vscode-languageserver. The changes are mostly related to SemanticToken, and didn't require any changes to gopls, other than in the generated code.
