Jacob Baskin	536c2aa6ae	URL should have an empty Scheme if there is an invalid character (i.e. ... not [a-zA-Z0-9+-.]) before there is a ":". This is particularly helpful in the erroneous-but-relatively-common case of relative URLs containing an unescaped colon in the query string--see the added test for an example. David Symonds	cbd0092173	Switch http client_test to use google.com/robots.txt to avoid redirect loop. ... www.google.com seems to be redirecting requests in an infinite loop. I haven't tracked down whether it's their code or this code that is causing it. This is just a quick fix so that this test passes.
