Richard Miller	d145456b16	runtime: signal handling support for plan9_arm ... Plan 9 trap/signal handling differs on ARM from other architectures because ARM has a link register. Also trap message syntax varies between different architectures (historical accident?). Revised 7 March to clarify a comment. Russ Cox	580ef3e4af	[dev.cc] runtime: convert defs_$GOOS_$GOARCH.h to Go ... The conversion was done with an automated tool and then modified only as necessary to make it compile and run. In a few cases, defs_$GOOS_$GOARCH.go already existed, so the target here is defs1_$GOOS_$GOARCH.go. [This CL is part of the removal of C code from package runtime.
