dfacfd6431 syscall: regenerate zerrors for darwin/linux/freebsd 
did darwin on mac with older, not broken xcode.
did linux arm by copying diffs from linux 386.
did freebsd amd64 by copying diffs from freebsd 386.

ad102e143c syscall: implement Mount and Unmount for linux. 
Note that, while the final argument of mount(2) is a void*, in
practice all filesystem implementations treat it as a string
of comma-separated mount options.

05660b79ea syscall: implement Reboot for linux. 
The published interface is the simple version of the syscall,
allowing all reboot functions except for the esoteric
LINUX_REBOOT_CMD_RESTART2.

d65a5cce89 1) Change default gofmt default settings for 
parsing and printing to new syntax.

   Use -oldparser to parse the old syntax,
   use -oldprinter to print the old syntax.

2) Change default gofmt formatting settings
   to use tabs for indentation only and to use
   spaces for alignment. This will make the code
   alignment insensitive to an editor's tabwidth.

   Use -spaces=false to use tabs for alignment.

3) Manually changed src/exp/parser/parser_test.go
   so that it doesn't try to parse the parser's
   source files using the old syntax (they have
   new syntax now).

4) gofmt -w src misc test/bench

4th set of files.

fd1add2768 syscall cleanup. 
* rename PORT.sh -> mkall.sh (hopefully more obvious),
   change behavior: run commands by default.
 * pull more constants out of #defines automatically,
   instead of editing large lists by hand.
 * add Recvfrom, Sendto

add os.O_EXCL.
