By keeping a single copy of the strings that commonly show up
in headers, we can avoid one string allocation per header.

Accept certain non-compliant response headers
(in particular, when spaces preceed the colon).
All major browser and curl seem to support this,
and at least one webserver seems to send these.

Consequently, remove many package Makefiles,

gomake becomes 'go tool make'.
Turn off test phases of run.bash that do not work,

Drop laddr argument from Dial.
Drop cname return from LookupHost.
