9dc22b6d6f more 6g reorg; checkpoint. 
typecheck.c is now responsible for all type checking
except for assignment and function argument "..."

34b277f046 use errchk in more places. 
let errchk exit 0 even if it has reported a BUG.
it echoed BUG and that's all that matters.
