test: ensure all failing tests exit nonzero.

Previously merely printing an error would cause the golden
file comparison (in 'bash run') to fail, but that is no longer
the case with the new run.go driver.

Also, 6g was passing uninitialized
Node &n2 to regalloc, causing non-deterministic
register collisions (but only when both left and
right hand side of comparison had function calls).
Fixes #1728 .
