1d3efd6533 net: limit number of concurrent cgo calls
The limit is 500. There is no way to change it.
This primarily affects name resolution.
If a million goroutines try to resolve DNS names,
only 500 will get to execute cgo calls at a time.
But in return the operating system will not crash.

Fixes #5625.

708db79011 cgo: enable cgo on openbsd
Enable cgo on OpenBSD.

The OpenBSD ld.so(1) does not currently support PT_TLS sections. Work
around this by fixing up the TCB that has been provided by librthread
and reallocating a TCB with additional space for TLS. Also provide a
wrapper for pthread_create, allowing zeroed TLS to be allocated for
threads created externally to Go.

Joint work with Shenghou Ma (minux).

Requires change 6846064.

Fixes #3205.

eb4138f481 net: move cgo address info flags to per-platform files
Move address info flags to per-platform files. This is needed to
enable cgo on NetBSD (and later OpenBSD), as some of the currently
used AI_* defines do not exist on these platforms.

2715956f13 build: add build comments to core packages
The go/build package already recognizes
system-specific file names like

        mycode_darwin.go
        mycode_darwin_386.go
        mycode_386.s

However, it is also common to write files that
apply to multiple architectures, so a recent CL added
to go/build the ability to process comments
listing a set of conditions for building. For example:

        // +build darwin freebsd openbsd/386

says that this file should be compiled only on
OS X, FreeBSD, or 32-bit x86 OpenBSD systems.

These conventions are not yet documented
(hence this long CL description).

This CL adds build comments to the multi-system
files in the core library, a step toward making it
possible to use go/build to build them.

With this change go/build can handle crypto/rand,
exec, net, path/filepath, os/user, and time.

os and syscall need additional adjustments.

c9164a5d77 net: use C library resolver on FreeBSD, Linux, OS X / amd64, 386
This CL makes it possible to resolve DNS names on OS X
without offending the Application-Level Firewall.

It also means that cross-compiling from one operating
system to another is no longer possible when using
package net, because cgo needs to be able to sniff around
the local C libraries. We could special-case this one use
and check in generated files, but it seems more trouble
than it's worth. Cross compiling is dead anyway.

It is still possible to use either GOARCH=amd64 or GOARCH=386
on typical Linux and OS X x86 systems.

It is also still possible to build GOOS=linux GOARCH=arm on
any system, because arm is for now excluded from this change
(there is no cgo for arm yet).
