7d43b84282 time: make Weekday a method.
Weekday is redundant information for a Time structure.
When parsing a time with a weekday specified, it can create an
incorrect Time value.
When parsing a time without a weekday specified, people
expect the weekday to be set.
Fix all three problems by computing the weekday on demand.

This is hard to gofix, since we must change the type of the node.
Since uses are rare and existing code will be caught by the compiler,
there is no gofix module here.

Fixes #2245.

712fb6dcd3 os.Error API: don't export os.ErrorString, use os.NewError consistently
This is a core API change.

1) gofix misc src
2) Manual adjustments to the following files under src/pkg:
   gob/decode.go
   rpc/client.go
   os/error.go
   io/io.go
   bufio/bufio.go
   http/request.go
   websocket/client.go
as well as:
   src/cmd/gofix/testdata/*.go.in (reverted)
   test/fixedbugs/bug243.go
3) Implemented gofix patch (oserrorstring.go) and test case (oserrorstring_test.go)

Compiles and runs all tests.

0aa2317096 arm: work around reg allocator bug in 5g, in two parts.
1) hack regalloc to leave R9 (m) and R10 (g) alone.
the real fix is tricker, but this gets us running
2) fix up the few places in the package sources that
the shortage of registers affects, by simplifying
some expressions.

all of this should be reverted when the right fix is in.

Fixes #1084.

78547ca132 time: do not segment time strings by character class.
instead use pure substring matching to find template values.

this makes stdZulu unnecessary and allows formats
like "20060102 030405" (used in some internet protocols).

this makes Parse not handle years < 0000 or > 9999 anymore.
that seems like an okay price to pay, trading hypothetical
functionality for real functionality.

also changed the comments on the Time struct to use the
same reference date as the format and parse routines.

e05b381e79 New time formatter, time.Format(formatString)
The model is that formatString is a a representation of a standard time,
and that Format converts the time to that representation.
Standard representaitons are defined for ANSIC, RFC850, RFC1123, and ISO8601.
There's also a humane Kitchen fomat: 3:04PM.
