Andrew Gerrand	4164d60cc2	doc: consolidate FAQs into a single file, go_faq.html ... An entirely mechanical change, with these exceptions: - removed 'stub questions' that reference the other FAQs - removed "Why doesn't Go run on Windows yet?" - out of date I will follow this CL with another that updates many of the answers to make them more current.
