Rob Findley	df87866820	internal/lsp,internal/telemetry: correct stale docstrings ... Several docstrings reference earlier names for the symbols they document. This CL corrects those that I noticed while reading the lsp code. Ian Cottrell	922a4ee32d	internal/telemetry: extract units to their own package ... This makes the code read slightly better, and more closely aligns with the open telemetry code.
