488ca3c7a6 move math out of runtime. 
a step toward enforcing package boundaries,
necessary to eliminate global package name space.

fa40c856ac convert string runtime to use cgo. 
now that cgo2c can handle it,
merge x.c and x_go.cgo into
a single x.cgo, for x=float,malloc,sema.
