1f8a40d85c move math routines from package sys to package math, 
though they still build in src/runtime.

use cgo instead of hand-written wrappers.

61590c4c44 disallow P.t for lowercase t and not our package P. 
implement hiding lowercase methods m in
signatures by adding in a hash of the package name
to the type hash code.

remove remaining checks for internally-generated _ names:
they are all gone.

dec12d3654 re-export of bools was changing 
format from hex to decimal, confusing
ar's strcmp-based value comparison.

switched export format to "true" or "false"
to keep bools separate from ints.
