This logic is directly copied from the refactor/rename package. See

dc31b401ab internal/lsp/source: avoid panic in rename check
In a case where the type info for an ast.CompositeLit isn't found in
forEachLexicalRef(...) gopls will panic.

e.g. trying to rename "foo" where it is declared in this case:
func fn() {
	var foo bool
	make(map[string]bool
	if foo {
	}
}

Note the missing ')' after make.

This change will skip ast.CompositeLits if the type can't be found, and
that fixes the panic. But it also do rename the identifier as long as it
is possible, and I'm not convinced that we should allow rename at all if
the source can't be compiled.

0c330b00b1 internal/lsp: improve literal func completion candidates
Previously we were erroneously suggesting a "func() {}" literal in
cases like:

http.Handle("/", <>)

This was happening because saw that the http.HandlerFunc type
satisfied the http.Handler interface, and that http.HandlerFunc is a
function type. However, of course, you can't pass a function literal
to http.Handle().

Make a few tweaks to address the problem:

1. Don't suggest literal "func () {}" candidates if the expected type
   is an interface type.

2. Suggest named function types that implement an interface. This
   causes us to suggest "http.HandlerFunc()" in the above example.

3. Suggest a func literal candidate inside named function type
   conversions. This will suggest "func() {}" when completing
   "http.HandlerFunc(<>)".

This way the false positive func literal is gone, and you still get
literal candidates that help you use an http.HandlerFunc as an
http.Handler. Note that this particular example is not very compelling
in light of http.HandleFunc() which can take a func literal directly,
but such a convenience function may not exist in other analogous
situations.

62ee03427e internal/lsp: use memoize package to cache source.Packages
This change eliminates the need for the package cache map, and instead
stores package type information in the store. We still have to maintain
invalidation logic because the key is not computed correctly.

b667c4c58e internal/lsp: cache the *ast.File and *token.File on the package
This change removes the need for the ast and token fields on the *goFile
object. We switch to using source.ParseGoHandles on the package, which
means that we can easily access both the AST and token via the package,
which is already cached.

c93f28baaa internal/lsp: check no errs for assignability rename
The satisfy package has a precondition for Finder.Find that requires
that the package has no type errors. If this is a check that we would
perform, give an error and do not rename.

1fa568393b internal/lsp: check for conflicts on rename
Before renaming a variable, check the package to make sure that this
renaming would not result in a conflict that could break the program.

All of the implementation is taken from "refactor/rename" with the
dependency on "go/loader" removed.
