Andrew Gerrand	c3291436fa	cmd/tip: look for godoc binary under $GOPATH/bin instead of $GOROOT/bin ... A recent change to the cmd/go tool made it place godoc in $GOPATH/bin instead of the special-cased $GOROOT/bin.
