a55a5c8df3 test: add temporary show_skips flag. 
To find test files with legacy headers.

We can remove this flag once everything is converted.

ce837b308f test: rewrite test/run shell script + errchk (perl) in Go 
This doesn't run all ~750 of the tests, but most.
