Shenghou Ma	674bbafce6	misc/cgo/stdio: make it work on Windows and also test it ... use a function to get stdout and stderr, instead of depending on a specific libc implementation. also make test/run.go replace \r\n by \n before comparing output. Joel Sing	b945b741e1	misc/cgo/stdio: split stdout/stderr into a separate file ... Split stdout/stderr into a separate file so that can be handled differently on some platforms. Both NetBSD and OpenBSD have defines for stdout/stderr that require some coercion in order for cgo to handle them correctly.
