cmd/gc: accept switches on comparable arrays.

The compiler is incorrectly rejecting switches on arrays of
comparable types. It also doesn't catch incomparable structs
when typechecking the switch, leading to unreadable errors
during typechecking of the generated code.

Fixes #3894.
