cmd/cgo: fix unaligned arguments typedmemmove crash on iOS

Browse Source 
Irregularly typedmemmove and bulkBarrierPreWrite crashes on
unaligned arguments. By aligning the arguments on 8 bytes this
is fixed.

Fixes #46893
