cmd/gc: implement more cases in racewalk.

Add missing CLOSUREVAR in switch.
Mark MAKE, string conversion nodes as impossible.
Control statements do not need instrumentation.
Instrument COM and LROT nodes.
Instrument map length.

Update #4228
