cmd/go: convert TestGoTestBuildsAnXtestContainingOnly... to the script framework

The name of the test is too long to fit on the first line. It's
TestGoTestBuildsAnXtestContainingOnlyNonRunnableExamples.

Part of converting all tests to script framework to improve
test parallelism.
